We have had a membership for over a year to this gymJust last night we signed up for daycare and tanning, that way we would have a one stop to get everything done type of dealI drove all the way across town to figure out that they didn't bother to tell us the daycare is only open when they first open and before they close but not during the daySo I called the general manager, Tammy F, to ask why that was and if they could think about changing itWhile my phone was connected to my car as I drove home with two small kids in the back Tammy went ahead to curse me out and yellShe said things like (note: I am taking out the curse words) "We've had this gym open for 30+ years and if you don't like it go somewhere else", "Maybe you should learn how to read the doors, the hours are posted", "Maybe you should come to the gym the hours that the daycare center is open", "We don't need your business", "Good luck finding a nicer gym in town than ours", "I can just cancel your membership if you don't like how we run things"When I asked for her manager and her name she proceeded to hang up on meI called back and times she picked up and hung up againI then called the tennis center who patched me back through to her line and gave me her nameWhen she answered her line Tammy continued to scream at me and tell me how she was the owner when I requested to speak to her manager and that I now knew her nameShe continued to cuss at me so I hung up, not wanting my little kids to repeat any of those wordsAny one looking into going to this gym I would strongly advise

[redacted] ( [redacted] @workoutwest.com) Not a member ID of [redacted] , [redacted] (show original) Mar (hours ago) Each member is provided a pink copy of their contract at time of enrollment They are also given a copy of our daycare rules when they elect to use that service This member (and her friend) had been out of compliance with the rules of our gym for an extended period of time, and resistant to any direction given by our staff to comply Her security claim(s) are patently false, and made in an attempt to ruin the credibility of our business Our rules do not prohibit members or their children from bringing phones into the club The year old has not aged out of our child care center At age they are permitted to use the balance of the club Because of other ongoing issues with this member, and her friend referenced in her complaint, management elected to cancel their respective membershipsWe refunded dues for the month of February, as a courtesy, and the child care charges were written off and never paid

This member was sent to collection for non-payment of dues All phone calls are returned in a timely manner, and maintenance issues addressed dailyThis member has been in communication with
our membership team, and to my knowledge has never left a message for the General Manager

No phone calls have been returnedThe reason the account is in collections is due to the gym refusing to cancel my membership when I requestedI have tried and tried callingNot one phone call has been returned This is the worst customer service I have ever encounteredI would not recommended this gym to any friends or family.

She continued to cuss at me so I hung up, not wanting my little kids to repeat any of those words. Any one looking into going to this gym I would strongly advise.

The 13 year old has not aged out of our child care center.  At age 14 they are permitted to use the balance of the club.
Because of other ongoing issues with this member, and her friend referenced in her complaint, management elected to cancel their respective memberships. We refunded dues for the month of February, as a courtesy, and the child care charges were written off and never paid.
