time of 1st, 2nd and 3rd applications for payment NDG was on budget and on schedule. Changes were made to the scope of the project after construction commenced. The large sliding door, restroom counter-tops and light fixtures were changed after partial or full installation. These changes created 4wks in delays due to special order materials and/or custom work. All Billings were for work preformed and agreed to as such by the standard AIA application for payment document. The client claims that the Bathroom partitions were billed. They were not. The client continually confuses "wall partitions" with bathroom partitions... Wall partitions are 10ft high by 20ft long metal stud / gwb finished walls between the restrooms and the event areas. The client was left with $3881.09 in credit to resolve the material/work not preformed post mutual agreement to terminate the contract.Sent on: 7/24/2017 10:58:07 AMSent by: [redacted]
