My husband and I purchased our truck on October 31st. Today is November 11th and in just the week and a half that we've had it, three major issues have popped up. One of which is $1900 to fix, says our certified mechanic. Work and Play hasn't been helpful at all. They have told us it's not their problem, hung up on us and [redacted] the salesman, is lying to his boss about what he told us their warranty procedures are. We have been scammed into buying an awful truck that will cost us a lot of money in the long run. We are an honest, hard working, single income family. My husband works hard everyday and I am a stay at home mother with our two young boys. I don't understand how a business can be ran so dishonestly and immorally and f nothing else, I want the public to know about our experience so they can take their business elsewhere.
