[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I did admired this company’s customer service ( Eric and the workers were nice and respectful ) but I have never approved of the work that this company performedI already told EP Landscaping’s owner Eric the issues with patio that the stones were not leveled and he said he would fix itI told Eric the work was sloppy and messy in a text messageThe initial schedule to come and fix the issues was for Saturday June but he (Eric) didn’t show up (No call , No Show )I sent him some text messages but he blocked my numberThen I sent him an email and told him that I was done with his ignorance, lies and his messy work and I told him that I wouldn’t just set and tolerate thatEric then said he would not respond to any of my messages I am not aware of such a schedule that was made to do these adjustments after [redacted] Rep visited the work( [redacted] Rep came and said that the job was done poorly )EP Landscaping completely ignored me and the problems that they left behindI paid more than $7,to this business and I didn’t get what was promised, a finished patioI am not asking for more work for free, I am asking for a finished patio with stones properly leveledI am asking for a good quality of work so I could use my patio( I can’t walk on the walk way because of trip& fall and I can’t put out furniture because the furniture would wobble.)

We have made this customer aware that we were willing to put them on our schedule and make the necessary adjustments recommended by the block manufacturer (** ***) Our process is to have an ** *** evaluate any project there is a complaint onWe did this which angered the customer to the
point they told us "We are done with you!" At this point with the hostility and refusal there was nothing else we could do to accommodate the customerAt no point during the process did we give them any reason to believe that we would not returnThe customer is however unusually particular and Unsure of ever decisionAs a result we made multiple concessions to accommodate these indecisionsI have records of all of our conversations and can show how she continuously went back and forth with her thoughtsone day I'm the best contractor she ever met the next she doesn't want to use us, another day she explains how much she loves the job, later that night it's terrible! We work very hard to make all of our customers happy and were willing to do the same for themUnfortunately they refused our offer and keep trying to manipulate us into doing more work for free, so I do not know what else we could do.I would also like to state that the adjustments needed on the patio are very minor
