I called this company because they sent out flyers concerning getting my mower ready for the mowing season When they picked up my mower they said it would be up to days before they could return it I called this company many times after the day mark to find out what the status was No one ever answers the phone and after many attempts to find out what is going on, I finally got a call back and the woman just said she would contact me when it was finished and couldn't give me any idea how long it would be After waiting days, basically the whole month of April, I had my friend pick it up and do the work that took him hrto do I have no idea why this company spent the money sending these flyers out when it seems pretty obvious that they do not have the capability of servicing their customers Do yourself a huge favor and don't take your mowing equipment to this company because you will not get it back
Workforce Outdoor Power picked up our lawnmower for tune up. Suppose to be appx $79.00. When they called to explain that it needed other work , new wheels and etc. I agreed for the $169.00 service fees. After using the lawn mower twice to do trim work around our trees, the lawn mower would not start, the next time I used it. I checked the dip stick and it showed no oil. I added oil, lawnmower still would not start. I called and they picked up the lawnmower. Today, they tell me that I owe another $125.44 because there was too much oil in the mower. I feel that Workforce took advantage and did not fix the lawnmower properly the first time.
