I am a surgeon and a member of the United States Army ReservesI was deployed to a combat support hospital in Afghanistan from August until January of While deployed I was searching for a new German Shepherd puppy upon my return home to Cincinnati OhioI contacted Estate dogs and would eventually send them dollars as a deposit for a puppy to be picked up in February or MarchI sent a great amount of detailed information about what I was looking for in the new dog Upon my return I visited Estate dogs only to find out that Mr P [redacted] had never really read my emails and the dog he had selected for me met none of my criterion (ball drive, disposition and coloring)Upon his advice I elected to wait for a new litter which he said would be upcoming in the next three months I contacted Mr P [redacted] three months later to inquire about the status and health of my puppyHe told me that the "litter didn't take" and he would look aroundHe also stated that "You should have
