My HDFC clinic is the Kihei Family Dental Center. I had a billing question/request & asked that my dentist talk to administration for me. I also called the Admin office & asked who was in charge of dental bill reductions, etc. I was told Gary Y[redacted]. I have emailed & called him everyday for over a week. He has only responded to an email stating that "Milton" in his office would contact me. NO ONE has called me back to discuss my questions. My dentist hasn't spoken to Gary or Milton on my behalf. I am disgusted & angry & will be finding a new dental office where the admin & the dentist are one in the same. I am sad because they have been my dental office for over 10 years. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE DOESN'T EXIST IN THE ADMIN OFFICE!

In the case of the patient’s appointment on [redacted] 16, 2016, the patient was assessed a fee due to not doing treatment on a day that an appointment was scheduled. Per our company policy, this is defined as a broken appointment.To resolve the patient’s concern and to dismiss the formal complaint, we will be reversing the broken appointment fee of $104.71 for the patient immediately.We appreciate the opportunity to satisfy the patient’s concern.
