Very professional, on time, cleaned up after they finished the job.

During my search for roofing companies near my home, I was directed to Angies List, which brought up a small group of company names. From all of those names plus other ones which I had tried calling on my own, I received a phone call from Workman Home Improvement. I still have not been contacted by any other company. Considering the distance from his location to mine, he was available and willing to make the drive to my home for the small project. I don't need a new roof, but I needed help removing a decades old TV antenna from the peak of my roof. Rob W and his helper accomplished the job in a safe manner.

Roof was put on and now we have a leak that is ruining our ceiling and our newly remodeled floor.. We are supposed to be under warranty but all numbers have been disconnected with no way to contact them.

Current Workman phone # 419-606-8743 or 419-281-9792. Phone in address above that cannot be changed is invalid. I paid $700 on 5/8/17 to have my chimney repointed. The workman finished at 7:30 p.m. and smeared mortar over the bricks on 3 sides of the chimney. He did not repoint the front side of the chimney. 5/8-5/9 I called on these days to make the complaint and was promised on 5/9 that this was an easy fix. On 5/13 a worker came and sanded the excess mortar for an hour but could not remove it all from the bricks. He promised to return on 5/17 and did not. On 5/20 I called. He promised to come on 5/22 and did not. At 7:30 p.m. on 5/22 I called and also on 5/23 at 11:30 a.m. with no response to voicemail. On 5/27 I called at 9 p.m. (Robbie and All work during the day, I understand, based on what the lady in the office said, so I called in the evening. ) The worker Robbie stopped at my house on Sunday evening, 5/28, leaving his sander, 2 cans and a package of sanding tips on my sidewalk. Again, after promising to come fix the problem on 5/29, they did not show up. On 5/31, I called Al (could not get through), left Robbie voicemail, and did get the office lady live. They said they would come on Sat. morn, 6/3. I told them I would be away from 6/1-6/9 and that they had permission to enter the back door of my garage and use the electric to sand the mortar. The office lady called while I was away and said they could not come when I was not home. On 6/12, I left voicemail with the office lady with no response. On 6/13, I called the office lady and talked live; I told her I want my money back. She said that Robbie was in jail for a few days. I waited. On 6/23 I called Robbie's phone and left a message. Likewise, I did the same on 6/30. On 7/1, I left voicemail with the office, saying that I expected a refund check of $700 to me by 7/5, or I would report a complain at the Revdex.com. This is 7/11, and I have had no response. I want my money refunded so that I can hire someone to fix this problem. I put the sander, cans, and tips in my garage as the Revdex.com has suggested that I do. Again, please make this right. I thought this company was safe to deal with because they advertised on Ashland TV Channel 2. Again, my phone is ***. Thank you so much.
