While I was trying to close my account with this gym the man at the counter asked me what my primary problem was with the gym he then asked me my political affiliation and without my warranting it and without my pursuit of the conversation he went about letting me know his political affiliations and how wrong mine were he then asked me where I went to school and asked if "something had happened there" He was clearly insinuating I was somehow traumatized into my political believes
I had a bad experince here with poor scheduling. I was canceled on twice right before my appt two different days like 15 min prior.. The staff made excuses for this on the second canceled appt. by text and backed each other when apparently something was wrong if this is what the trainer told me to do..he said I could finish up my consultation the next week because I was sick after three excersizes and had to leave. I actually had a virus come to find out.Then I call the gym to complain about him canceling and they talk about it and call me back and say they could not help me after my first appt and being sick having to leave early.How strange that I was scheduled by the trainer for a make up day to just finish up the work out plan. This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with, either someone was lying or they are making up rules as they go. I bet they dont even refund me after being a member only two weeks and treated like trash....I am just upset at the poor planning and scheduling and changing the story.Once again Im scheduled for a finish up day and all the sudden Oh no we cant do that now after the trainer told me to come back and finish up and gave me an appt. Most of all they made me feel like a nothing and not important..
