Workout Anytime

I sent a 30 day cancellation notice of my membership which is required. February 23rd to March 23rd is exactly 30 days and this company is still trying to take out a membership fee. Customer service did not help and continued to say that they were sorry and they understood my concern, however nothing was rectified. I did my due diligence by sending the notice and they are refusing to not draft the money from my account.
