Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr [redacted] 's complaint submitted on June 19, After review of Mr [redacted] 's file we have determined, based on information provided from Mr [redacted] that his move to Philadelphia is not a permanent relocation.In order for Workout Plus to reconsider our position to release Mr [redacted] from his contractual obligation we would need a valid PA driver's license/ID card with his new permanent addressAs of May 16, Mr [redacted] has requested to continue his membership with Workout Plus through the summer which prevents us from cancelling his membership under any circumstancesOnce again, thank you for the opportunity to respond and we hope that this helps resolve Mr [redacted] ’s request.Sincerely,Accounts Department Workout Plus Inc
