I had a very similar experience to the other reviewer I signed up and participated in a 26-week workout program They charge you on a monthly basis, and about months after the program ended I noticed another charge on my credit card statementI reached out to them with a request for a refund on July and received this response on July 6: "Hello! Sorry for this inconvenienceWe'll get your account cancelled and a refund issuedI'll contact you when it processesCheers!" After no refund was processed I followed up again on July and again on July to inquire about the status of my refund, but I did not receive a responseSo today, July 21, I disputed the charge, and given the other reviewer's experience, also instructed my credit card company to block Workoutbox from my account so no future charges can be made

Crooks! I had to change my credit card to keep them from posting ongoing charges despite communication and confirmation of my account cancellation...multiple times. To this day (2 years later) I still receive emails that they were unsuccessful in charging my credit card. Emails wanting me to update my information so they can charge for services.
