Dear Sir or Madam:We take all consumer complaints seriously Immediately upon being notified of Mr***'s Revdex.com complaint, I personally contacted Mr*** via telephone I apologized to Mr*** for any inconvenience and assured him that I would personally see that his name
and contact information were removed from any marketing lists and placed in our "do not contact" file These steps have been taken and Mr*** will not receive any contact from us (with the exception of any items already sent) We could not locate Mr*** on any of our prior "DNC" lists, including official "Do Not Contact" lists.Mr*** informed me that he had attempted to notify Intercap by marking several mail pieces "return to sender."
