I had asked my contract to be closed 30 days in advance. They continued to bill me and I have been arguing this ever since. They racked the bill up

I want to only pay the agreed upon amount of 130 since they stated several times they did not get my email requesting to close the account. But they are wanting me to pay 345

This client began her contract on 1/13/2020. The only written notice we received was from March 12th after we contacted her about the past due balance for February and March. She mentioned here that she is willing to pay for January and February, which is ok with us. The amount she owes for February is $39. We are happy to close the account and the rest of the balance as of 2/29/2020.
I contacted the billing department by phone for the 3rd time in two weeks on Sept 30 to cancel my service. I was unable to reach them so I emailed Chelsie Robinson, community manager. On 10/2, she returned my email stating the termination request would be sent over to the termination notices department. On 10/7, I received an email from client relations manager, Karlee Dial. She was supposed to send me the buyout option as I was in middle of a 12 month term.
As of 10/22:
-3 unreturned voicemails
-1 return email
-0 buyout option
Poor customer service!
Stay away from companies (Worksuites) that answer the phone to collect money but avoid customers otherwise.
Billing Adjustment Stop billing beyond Oct 2019
Mr. and WorkSuites have resolved the issues mentioned. Mr. stated he is canceling this complaint. Please let me know if I need to do anything else. Thank you

Tosha Bontrager resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Billing has been stopped and late fees have been credited. I appreciate her understanding in the matter and my last impression of Worksuites (Tosha) is a pleasant one.
