This eighteen-year-old gentleman reported to us that he lost control of the vehicle, had an accident, and then ditched the carHe brought the vehicle to our shop and made a complaint about the seat belt being torn and the horn not workingBoth items were damaged from the accidentWe repaired the
items at no cost to himThen he applied for a job at the dealership but we had no openings. We had no obligation to do anything to the car at that time, but for good will and percent customer satisfaction, we made the repairs for him.I REALLY AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED HE WOULD WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW AFTER SHAKING HANDS AND LEAVING HERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
