Attention: *** *** Regarding complaint ID *** *** *** She made the purchase of this Vehicle months agoWe never heard from her in the last monthsHowever a service contract was offered during the buying process; which was accepted by the buyerShe have months warranty with *** ***.Clarice Hail is not tilling the truthBut after hiring a private investigator we found out that; The warranty company paid $1,and fixed her Vehicle on 11/29/And she fieled the complain 01/09/That means ; when she filed the complain; here vehicle was already fixed and repaired and paid for by the warranty companyAnd she is trying to collect for the same repairs from our company too. The warranty company fixed the following; both front hub bearingRack & PinionBoth rear stabilizer linksBoth ball jointsFront suspension tie ringsAnd front links, She hit something with front end that caused all the problems in the same timeWarranty company will not pay for wear and tear items such as break , she is responsible for that. A copy of repair bill with this fax. It is better if she till the truth; this way we can better serve her; Instead of wasting time effort and moneyIn the future if she have any problems with here vehicle; she can go to the warranty company. With this fax a copy of repair bill shows the warranty company paid S 1,She doesn't need to collect from both parties. Thank you Mike A***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 This complaint is not involving the warranty company nor financing I am not looking for money for the repairs. The warranty company repaired some of the issues NOT ALL just SOME there are still problems. My issue with World Auto is about the PRICING I was over charged for a dangerous damaged vehicle and still owe like 5,000 dollars. I want my balance paid that I owe to honor finance or 2,000 dollars back to me so that I can get me and my children a safe reliable vehicle.

Vehicle was in a good condition Everything was working fine; except the fob for the keyless entry; and he was aware of that. If the vehicle had any other issue ; he would never purchased the vehicle. He purchased the vehicle as is no warranty. He refused to purchase A warranty from an out side company. And he signed a waiver.He also had an option to purchase warranty from any company at his choice .Now after 3 months his son, [redacted] claiming that the vehicle have problems such as suspension and radio display and key fob. After 3 months I don’t know if the suspense hit or driven over anything. I don’t know who was driving the vehicle and how it was handled. The vehicle is his property and he is responsible for it. He can find the radio display on eBay around $70. Not guaranteed to work for life. It is a used part and a used vehicle. Best way to protect your investment by purchasing a warranty. It is his responsibility to purchase a warranty. I will not spend my life fixing his vehicle free. A new car factory warranty is 5 years / 60,000 miles and the factory will not warranty the vehicle one day after that. This vehicle is 15 years.As a solution best I can do is a one time exception; I will give him $200. He can use it to start a purchase a warranty and repairs.Thank you Mike A[redacted]

we fix the vehicle at our expense. She chosen to keep the vehicle. we purchased all 3 mounts for engine and transmission and she picked them up because she prefer here own mechanic to install them. For the muffler; we referred here to a specialized Muffler shop and they will fix the muffler at satisfaction. We will pay for the repairs.We resolved every thing to her satisfaction; and she wrote another letter to let you know that she is very satisfied.
