complainant did receive a refund of $400 from the dealership. Please note that the complainant's recounting of the facts of the case are inaccurate and in some parts total fabrication. For one, we do not run credit checks at the dealership. Two, the complainant misrepresented her income at the time of applying for a loan, forcing the dealership to find another source of financing. I trust this response will put this matter to rest. Regards, Ilya B[redacted] World Automotive, Ltd.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
A refund of 400 was recieved but after I had to post on multiple pages warning people to avoid them. I read to them what was deposited in to my account for the month of june and that July 6th would be my first check from a company I just started working at. And Neil P[redacted] the sales person but in my income as 1800 for the month. Also he advertised no credit check and then put my information into different sites and had them run my credit at least 6 times. He also ran my husbands credit without my husbands knowledge or permission. He ran it July 3rd and did not see or talk to my husband until july 5th. He also is very rude and lies. He put in information how he wants and then blames the customer. I have a recording of the interaction between him and I and also a witness to the interaction.
