Review: Dear Revdex.com Administrator,I have been a loyal Customer (client id# [redacted]) of the World Cable Inc. [redacted] with street address [redacted] Phone: ###-###-#### ([redacted], [redacted]) and have cancelled my services back in April 2013. I have returned their cable box and associated accessories with their return postal package through UPS, which they have received (see confirmation below). I should get my security deposit amount amounting to $ 104.00 (as I have no pending dues), for which I requested by e-mail (see correspondences below), as well as over telephone. I was assured couple of times, while telephoning them that my check is about sent form their department, which never reached to me. While tracking the status of my check, each and every time, they excused for delayed check payment and were told that it will ready by few next business days. Alarmingly enough that desired check has not been able to reach its destination (to me) even as of today. I would like to request Revdex.com to launch a complaint against this company, so that I can get reimbursed for my due security back to me immediately, which is legitimate demand. All correspondences between me and the company are attached below. If not appropriated, I would like to transfer my compliant t the local Revdex.com authority of the business district. Review: World cable when I joined it was 25 dollar per month and they took 3 month fee up front saying it was totally refundable if I am not satisfied

So I paid from March 2015 to May 2015 for 75 dollars I called them after 10 days imam not satisfied as it was from first day service was interrupted never giver clear reception told them to take the box away which they did but never refund my money kept on calling them never refunded a single penny and now in June again sending me a bill and I don't even have services with them they are total rip off andmaking customers fool please be aware and stay away from them and one more thing I think star cable and world cable one company as I had same complain from themDesired Settlement: I would really appreciate if I can get my refund back

Review: I ordered Cable services from this company by calling on number ###-###-#### on Oct **, 2014.

Today is Nov *, 2014. I am still to receive the set top box from them. Every time I call them, they tell me that the set top box will be sent in the next 3 days. It's been like that for 4 weeks and I have called about 5 times in these 4 weeks.

My credit card was charged on Oct **, 2014. Nothing has been shipped to me from that date. If product is unavailable, the company does not charge the customer until they are ready to ship.

I want to flag this to Revdex.com. Apparently Revdex.com thinks the business is non-operational but the right number to call is ###-###-####.

Please update the information and flag a negative mark on this company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fulfill the order and not charge future customers before they are ready to ship product.
