Review: Hi. I spoke with the people from world cable. I paid them $70 in July for two months worth of service. I have never received a bill from them and have always had to call them in to pay my service. They always say they will send me the bill and never have. I then called them because they shut off my service, and then they told me I needed to pay for the month of August and September. They told me my balance was $94, and I then asked why my balance was that amount. They said that I had a balance from before, and I told them that they were supposed to give me a referral credit of $20 and a service interruption credit of $10. They refused to give me the referral credit and said that they would only give me the $10 credit. They did not reinstate my service and would not help. I told them I would report them to Revdex.com and they said, "go ahead." The person I spoke with was [redacted]. The World Cable has such bad customer service, and after referring a lot of people I am surprised they would treat their customers this way and not send any invoice. I hope no one has to go through their bad customer service. If their service wasn't cheap I would have left a long time ago. I would like my credit from them, and I want them reported as a bad customer service business.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit of $20 like they had said and a month of service refund for the time that their channels were down. Also I would like them to send me monthly invoices so I know what I am paying for.
