Sales rep failed to disclose serious issues with vehicle.
Misinformation was given about vehicle as well
Sales rep DID NOT disclose that vehicle computer cake locked because the Admin KEY wasn't included with car . Rep lied about the warranty of the car , I called FORD and was told warranty expired in May, was NOT told about rear window damage. Sales rep DID NOT disclose that vehicle computer cake locked because the Admin KEY wasn't included with car . Rep lied about the warranty of the car .I had to go back for an oil change a week later . Window does not go up . Was advised that TAG was included in sale and it wasn't true.
World car center auth technician came to my home and charged me $100 to unlock my vehicle computer . I was advised by the rep that I would
Be reimbursed for the service . When I called the sales manager told me that he wasn't going to krefund me .
I'm requesting reimbursement for $100 of service charge for the tech to unlock computer and the $176 for the TAG I paid out of pocket . For the Dealer to pay for an ADMIN KEY FOR MY CAR. Or have all these adjustments made to the vehicle loan
Applied for a car took the car home for 7 days and was told to bring the car back and they would refund my deposit. They refused and called the cops.
On 12/5/2019 I went in an applied for a car. They told me I was approved and asked for $900 down but I only had $400 so they said they would take that and in 2 weeks I could pay the other $500. Well 7 days went by and I was asked to bring the car back and they would refund my $400 because the loan fell through. The guy assured me when I arrived I would get my money back. Well when I came in he refused and call the cops. I spoke to the person who was supposed to finance it and they told me they never received the down payment. The law states that if they ask for the car back within 10 days that they must refund my money back. The guy refused to let me speak to anyone and when the cops asked for the owner he refused it also.
I just want my $400 back that was promised to me.
Financed BMW. I have brought in this car several times for repairs. They do not fix things and keep postponing any appointment dates I make.
I financed a 2011 BMW 335d less than 40 days ago. After one day I took the car back with a long list of things that need repaired. They attempted to fix most except for the headlights. They rigged them instead of replacing them. I have made several appointments and they keep me at the shop all day or move appointment dates. I cannot drive this car at night (that's when I work) and the service engine light keeps coming on. When I got the car it had two tiny cracks in the front window. When I took.it back to the dealership they said I put the cracks in the window. My insurance had to pay for a new windshield because this car dealership A SCAM blames the very people who give them business.
My headlights need replaced. This requires the entire casing of the lights. Because the casings have been rigged to the point they cannot be repaired.
Excellent services, I am truly thankful for them been on the used car market, My sale Rep. Cristian took his time while it was pouring rain only to be able to make this happen, me and my husband felt no pressure from him as opposed he made our car buying experience unique, Thanksss!
