MrS*** indicated the consumer purchased a washing machine from his establishment and the washing machine they were
sold was defectiveThe unit fell under the company's day free replacement or repair policyMrS*** was advised by his service technician the board on the unit was faulty and was unable to be repairedAt that time MrS*** indicated to his technician he would be more than happy to send the consumer another unitIn the meantime the consumer asked the technician while he was there if he would just repair their old unit and the technician did so for the cost of $
MrS*** advised the consumer is not entitled to a refund which is on the receipt and posted in the storeWhen the consumer decided to have their old washer repaired and not allow the business to send out another working unit they are not entitled to a refund

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I  disagree with Mr. S[redacted]s response, he did not have another washing machine to give us and replace the broken one he sold to us, also on the receipt he gave us a 30-day warranty that said that the washer would be working for at least 30 days.  Also Mr. S[redacted] did not pay the technician for fixing our washing machine. We have a receipt that we paid the technician $95.00 cash. We gave Mr. S[redacted] back his broken washing machine so therefore Mr. S[redacted] should refund us a total of $270.00 which is $175.00 for the broken washer and $95.00 for having to pay the technician for fixing our washing machine because he did not have a replacement washer to give to us.
