I am rejecting this response because:I told you I had surgery in houston tuesWas not going to be able to be there Monday And I didn't drop my phone, I just cracked the screen The speaker stopped working in your possessionYou are responsible!

Sorry for all the trouble you have to go throughThere so many thing can happen when you drop the phone. 1.When your phone arrived at the store it was damaged we could not see anything to inspect for the any other problems. Speaker does not even get touched when replace a screen(We
just replace the top screen. I was there this Monday as you said you would show upWe do have the parts in for the sspeaker If it is are fault we will replace it for you at no charge. You have my numberText few day ahead of time to let me when you can make it.Thanks*** ***
