We have been in communication with this client, [redacted] , whom is not abiding by the legal contract which she signed on July 20, When she signed up for a new membership on that date she was clear as stated on the contract; that a day written notice must be provided at least days prior to her next billing dateInstead of providing us with a written notice, she verbally told the instructor that she had "cancelled her credit card because she is quitting so the next payment will not go through anyway"She has breached our contract and is looking for excuses not to pay the consequencesI have reached out to her and asked her to respectfully abide by her signed contract which she has not been responsive toAt this point, we will consider this a loss for our business but will be calling our lawyer today to begin the small claims process as she has breached her signed contract

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have not been provided with the contract I signed last Spring of 2015, which I have asked to see via email. I am asking the $45 I have paid to the business be applied to my monthly payment, as I have not been given the contract that was in effect when the transaction took place last fall. Regardless, I do not see any statement in the contract currently in effect that states I cannot use what I have already paid towards my payment of $81. If it is acceptable that I can place the $45 towards my monthly payment, I will pay the remainder as is expected via contract, which is $36.
