World Class Auto Exchange Reviews (1)

In response to this complaint first and foremost we have been in business for over 10 years and in those 10 years have always stood and stand behind any car we sell and offer carfax's on all of our vehicles when asked for them.  We even give any customer the opportunity to have them taken to...

any mechanic of their choice.  All of our vehicles come serviced and certified.  [redacted] did purchase a vehicle from us last year in April but since then a Miss Sade [redacted] has been the only person contacting the dealership regarding said vehicle not [redacted], and Miss [redacted] also tried to initiate a complaint prior.  Shortly after the purchase of the vehicle Miss [redacted], whom I believe to be [redacted]'s girlfriend, contacted us about the main driver window switch not controlling all the windows but all the windows did work just had to be opened or closed from each individual door window switch as opposed to controlling all of them from driver seat.  After hearing said complaint I offered to set up an appt at the nearest toyota dealer to Miss [redacted]'s work which was [redacted] asking what had happened and why I was charged.  I was told by them the customer did not want to leave car and wa s being difficult and was suppose to come back the next day to drop it off and never did.  Upon hearing that spoke with Miss [redacted] again and told her vehicle had to be dropped off, again Miss [redacted] said would let me know when she would drop it off.  Once again I did not hear back from Miss [redacted] again for months and then got a call again sometime in the fall/winter of 2016 asking about the toyota.  I had explained to her again its not 6-8 months since [redacted] had purchased the vehicle and I can only help if the vehicle is dropped off and not pulled out early.  She went on to tell me she did not like [redacted] and did not want to take it back there.  So even though I had already paid them to work on it, I offered to pay to have her take it to a different Toyota dealer since its been so long, even though it was not our fault as she never gave us an opportunity to have it fixed.  So once again months go by until [redacted] contacts us and gives us a date she's available to take the vehicle.  So I made an appointment for her at [redacted] on 3/25/2017 for this to finally be handled.  And once again to my surprise I get a call from a  whole different toyota dealer not stating that they want us "the dealer" to bring the vehicle in  according to the service advisor at [redacted] "The customer was being irate and also did not want to leave the vehicle" so once again was being told the same thing from a different toyota dealer.  So at wits end not I told Miss [redacted] that nothing can be done until [redacted] drops the vehicle to our dealership so that we can take it to toyota or our mechanic to fix the issue.  For information purposes too, the vehicle does not have electrical problems all it needs is a window regulator ($195) and for that window regulator to be reprogrammed to vehicle ($125).  As far as the statement that the Toyota dealer only offering $32000 that's absurd as us being an independent dealer even I would offer double that value if not more on a trade in.  A vehicle being in a fender bender does not substantially lower a vehicles value, only a vehicle in a major accident that has had frame damage or a branded title could substantially lower a vehicles value.  As far as getting out of a contract with [redacted] (lienholder) we have nothing to do with that as [redacted] has signed finance contracts with them not us.  The Toyota Camry was in excellent condition being a one owner when sold to [redacted] and was serviced and sold with a warranty.  The fact that the customer has never wanted to leave the vehicle for the time needed to repair a small issue like a window switch/regulator and instead has caused us to waste diagnosis charges at two different toyota dealerships has perplexed my mind how we have not come to this end result.Sincerely,Michael M[redacted]
