We bought a car here less than year agoThe process was fast and simpleWe did have to come back and get our inspection done, but it didn't seem THAT inconvenient even though we don't live in PhillyWe had a tire blow because of a bad plug within the first weekAlso not THAT big of a dealFast forward a year laterI have put more than $of work into a car that cost us $I was in touch with these guys to ask what they could help withI heard nothing back and then got a response that said, "bring it to our mechanic." Uh, no thanks! You sold me this piece of junk and your mechanic gave us an inspection sticker that turns out to be bogus! BUYERS BEWARE! Have your own mechanic check out the car before you purchaseWe bought a hybrid that now has no hybrid batterySomething the F [redacted] dealership tells me that they have NEVER seen.Both the rear shocks have rusted through--also should not have passed the (bogus) inspection World Auto Sales gave usNo way this amount of damage could have happened in one yearWe have reached out more than once to try and resolve these issues with World Auto SalesThey will be perfectly pleasant on the phone and want to resolve the issue, but ultimately have to "speak with someone else" and we never hear backMakes me sick how much we have had to put into this "great deal" from World Auto SalesUgh!
