I was looking for a good deal on a very specific vehicle that I wanted when I came across a car on cars.com from World Class MotorsI went to test drive the car and decided that I wanted to go back and buy it the following week
The first (and more serious) complaint I have with this business is they way they handled my paperworkWhen I bought the car (with a check from a bank that loaned me the money to buy the car), they were supposed to mail my title to the bank after they had all of the paperwork dealt withWhen I went to the BMV to get my plate transferred to my car they informed me that there were not any vehicles registered under my nameTurns out that they hadn't got my title where it needed to be and my temp plates from there were expiring within a couple daysThey then (two days after the plates had expired and I had to hound them) sent me another temp plate to get me by until I would have my titleThere were several times I called and got no answer from them on where my title was atIt took the manager at my bank calling them several times for them to actually get it and get it sentThe bank manager had to actually call the auction people that they had bought it from to even get anything actually moving along, as I do not beieve they even had the title themselvesThey had hung up on *** (the bank manager) several times, gave him the run around, lied to him, and ignored his calls several timesI finally got my title in the mail, well after a month and a half of buying itThey were very unprofessional and unorganized with the whole ordeal
Another complaint I have with them is the fact that they do not do what they say they willWhen I test drove the vehicle the TIRE PRESSURE light was on, so I informed them that it would need to be fixed when I went back to buy it (as well as the low fuel light that was dinging)When I went back to buy it they had "fixed" the tire pressure problem and filled the gas tank up to less than a quarter tank (and I had traveled over hours away from home for the car so this was not even enough to make it home on)
After taking the vehicle home, the tire continuously and gradually kept losing airI took the car to a tire place (because one morning I went to start my car & the tire was completely FLAT) where they informed me that it had a bent rimI am very understanding that these types of things happen when you buy a used car and am fully aware that there are problems one will discoverI spoke with a guy from the dealership, named ***, who asked me if I was learning things about my car and that is when I told him that I learned it had a bent rimHe acted surprised and asked how much it would cost to be repairedI informed him that it would be around a hundred dollars and he told me to have it fixed and to send a copy of the bill to them and to state that the "general manager" told me to do so, and that he would "back me up"I spoke with *** (a few weeks later) and informed him that I was getting the rim fixed and by this time he told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and that it was the first that he had even heard of thisBy this point I was not even going to waste my time trying to get them to do what they said they would do, even if it meant losing out on a hundred dollars
I am not writing this negative review because I am mad about a hundred dollar repair that I had made to my car, but about the fact that they said one thing and never followed through on itThe rim was not in extreme need of being repaired, as it was drivableI only did so right away because I was told that I would be reimbursed for it

I wanted to send the confirmation that the title was sent out to Mr [redacted]( see USPS form), I also wouldlike to reiterate that Mr [redacted] HAD many communications with our lot and was told he could come pick the title up on several occasions, he never came in.Please call with any...

questions at all 317-678-502Thanks in advance
