I've booked several trips with Debra S. and have never had any problems. She has a lot of knowledge about the different cruise lines. When I've had questions she has always gotten back to me within a reasonable amount of time. All trips booked with Debra S. took place without any problems. Thank you!
After Ms. Debra S booked the vacation, she wanted nothing to do with us. She is incredible rude and does not want to be bothered. We had to spend an additional $2,100 to rebook a ticket b/c she didn't want to deal with anything after the booking. She is not a travel agent. She is incredibly rude.
I made reservation with *** for his Family to ***. I asked for Legal names for the International vacation . I got a call the Sunday morning after departure from Mr *** stating that American Airlines denied them boarding the night before because Mrs *** had her maiden name on her passport and it had been invalidated some years before.. Apparently on the last trip they took when Mrs *** came back into the Country her passport was invalidated with holes being punched it as the name was incorrect. Mrs *** had never gotten a new passport after she got married and changed her name.I spoke to Mr *** on and off that entire Sunday even through the office was closed. He told me he had spoken to *** and they had told him do to the flight being cancelled they no longer had control of his Air Record and would be unable to assist him and suggested that he go to ***. When I spoke to him I urged him to go to the airport and have American reissue his tickets so they could travel once his wife got the new Passport. He told me to call the Airlines for him.I explained that I could not re issue the tickets as they had been purchased from *** and I would not have access to them. In the Past when a passenger has been denied boarding the Airlines usually help them re book the new date and they don't usually charge all the fees for changing do to the circumstances. He refused to go to the airport it was 25 Miles away. Then his wife starting calling every 10 minutes. I called her back again and told her the same thing I had told her husband. I let her know that I had talked to the supervisor at *** and she told me they needed to go to the *** as they appeared as a no show. The clients continued to call the Airlines and they were told they to Go back to ***. The client called *** again and agreed to pay them 2100.00 to change the dates of his tickets and reservations. I spoke to the supervisor again over the next couple of days and suggested that they void the tickets and book him on a different day when the price was much lower . I also got *** to wave all the fees for the no show and lost days of the resort reservations. I think in the end they ended up paying 700.00 to change their tickets to Travel different dates.
