This company is a SCAMMERS, collecting boxes and shipping cost without delivering the boxes to its destination.

I am ***, who sent a balikbayan box to the Philippines while on my vacation with my cousin in Raeford, North Carolina.
The box was picked up late September 2017, no documents were issued, paid $80 in cash to Continental rep. to ship my box home.

CFS intercepted the auction of five container loads of balikbayan boxes
The office of Philippine President Duterte requested BOC to form an AD HOC Committee to assist with the release of identified five containers abandoned by alleged consignees identified by Continental Freight Forwarders LLC.
I was out of pocket again to cover required fees: Bureau of Customs Informal Entry, terminal and shipping lines and delivery charges for the release of boxes.

Desired Outcome

i recommend that Continental freight Forwarders will no longer be able to advertise their services so that no more customers will have to undergo all the hardships that we have experienced, aside from the boxes lost and money paid to the owners of the said company.

Sent 3 boxes of various items ranging from old clothes, canned goods, in 2017. Didn't deliver to senior citizen recipient & relatives. Felt ripped of.

Need refund on shipping. I paid $95 per box so a total of $275 for 3 boxes. I'm ok with the additional $36.50 per box since this is from manila to my province.

With the help of CFS, my family received 2 out of 3 boxes sent, only last September 2019.

Continental cargo should be responsible for all, the owner should be investigated.

My complain for Continental freight Forwarder LLC Owned by *** and ***, They failed to Delivered my 8 boxes for its destination.
My 8 boxes was picked up 9/2/17 and it was promised to be delivered in 2 months for that year. He failed his promised.

Failed to deliver shipped boxes we shipped with them almost 2 years ago.
We shipped and paid for boxes almost 2 years ago to the Philippines. We have finally manged to get the boxes in the Philippines and the company refuses to release them.

If I could give them a -1, I would do it. Shameful company with no consideration for customers whatsoever. Abandoned all our Balikbayan shipments. Ours was shipped in August 2017 to the Philippines and the boxes STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED. We're having to work through the Philippines BOC to get everything done. If it were not for the unpaid and loving volunteers who took on the project of helping all of us victims get our shipments, it would not get done. The volunteers are also victims. God bless them. But, may God bring justice and accountability on CFF for their neglect. Never, ever trust this company.

Balikbayan Box Not Delivered.
Had a balikbayan box picked up on June 29, 2017 for which I paid $100 for Continental Freight Forwarders to deliver to Philippines and as of today April 26, 2019 it still has not been delivered to my family. All I heard was, it is in Manila waiting to be delivered to Pangasinan when they get a delivery service. Phone calls and e-mails all went unanswered. This is the first and last time I will ever use this business and warned my friends.

I am complaining to the CONTINENTAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS LLC for the DELIVERY for my BBOX to the Philippines. It's been 15 months since I sent it.
The promise for delivery is 3 months from the original date of pick up Dec 2, 2018. I am requesting a REFUND of $100 dollars delivery fee and the content of my BBOx. ***, the owner of Continental Freight Forwarders LLC. He failed to delivered my BOX to the final distanation.

We shipped 2 boxes with this CFF over a year ago. Never delivered. The company is totally unresponsive to phone and mail inquiries and our freight appears lost or stolen. I call Continental Freight Forwarder so many times she always said they dont have any details exact where my package and lately ahe said its already in the Beaureu of Custom in Philippines . No return call when multiple phone messages over several months (April 2018 to today, July 9, 2018) left on Continental Freight Forwarders phone #'s X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. No response in April and May to emails sent to them either. Multiple phone calls to Little Manila Oriental Store (XXX-XXX-XXXX) asking for assistance about the boxes, with them not knowing either where the boxes are. PLEASE where are these boxes? PLEASE email *** or ***@yahoo.com We shipped items needed for them. *** had a typhoon hit Biliran Island last Dec 2017. There are items in the boxes that they need. Almost 10 months have passed. paid Continental Freight Forwarders, LLC $200 to send 2 Regular boxes to the Philippines on 8/25/2017. The boxes never arrived.
On 8/25/2017 *** paid $200 to Continental Freight Forwarders LLC to send 2 Regular boxes to an address in the Philippines ($100 per box). Invoice states she would be required to wait 45 days for the cargo to arrive in the Philippines. It also states she would be notified by their Customer Call Center as soon as the cargo vessel had left the US port so she could track (or at least have a reasonable expectation of) an arrival time. No indication was ever given by Continental's Call Center about a vessel departure time. Furthermore, it is now approaching 11 months since Continental received the 2 boxes and the payment for their transport, and the delivery service has not been performed and the 2 boxes have not arrived as promised. The Invoice Form where the proof of ***'s payment and the quantity of boxes shipped is LMTNXX-XXXX. This is described in more detail as Agent Code (LM), State Code (TN) and Tracking #XX-XXXX. All attempts to contact Continental at the phone number listed on the Invoice *** ext. 1) have been unsuccessful with the message "the number dialed is out of service". Of course by filing this formal complaint, Mrs. would like to get this issue resolved ASAP. She has been more than patient allowing Continental plenty of time to resolve any issues they might have had in their internal logistics to deliver the boxes. If the boxes have been somehow lost in transit, *** has stated a value of the items on the Invoice of $500 per box for a total of $1000. She requests payment of $1200 for the value of the boxes plus her initial payment. she also demands another $2000 for punitive reasons for having to ultimately travel to the Philippines to take her family the required basic items that never arrived from Continental Freight Forwarders, LLC. Mrs. demands delivery of the 2 shipping boxes and completion of the job ASAP. If the 2 boxes were lost in transit, she demands $1200 for a combination of the declared amounts on the invoice of $500 per box (2x500=1000) plus the initial payment for the delivery service that was not performed($200). Also, if the 2 boxes were lost in transit, she demands an additional $2000 for punitive restitution for her recent travels to her family's home in the Philippines to supply them with the basic essentials that were packed in the 2 shipping boxes for her family's ultimate use (that never arrived via Continental Freight Forwarders LLC). We sent 15 boxes to the Philippines. None have been received. Contacted company several times. They stated trucking regulations caused delay.
We sent several boxes to the Philippines on several occasions. 8 boxes on 8/26/17, 4 on 7/20/17 and 3 on 9/26/17. We contacted the company regarding these boxes not arriving. They stated that due to new government regulations on trucking, private trucking was preventing those boxes from being delivered. We contact this company multiple times and were promised that they would be working on a solution to this issue. Today we called the number 800-979-8710 and the number is not longer in service. The website www.continentalforwarders.com is no longer working.

We would like all 15 boxes to be delivered as promised. If this is not possible, we would like to be refunded the money for the contents $200 on each box and shipping costs $80.00 for each box.

We sent a Balikbayan box one for April 2017 and one for August 2017. We paid $110.00 per each boxes. But the boxes still are not deliver.
I have tried calling the business but unable to reach the business. The phone are either busy or the voice mail are full. Their customer services is the worsed I have seen. My relative still not recieve the 2 boxes I have sent. Those are christmas present for my neices. Toys, school supplies and clothing.

I am needing to know where are the boxes. If it is in the warehouse in Manila to please let us know. We will be glad to send our relative to pick those boxes. Or yet we want our monies back.

Please do not use Continental Freight for your balikbayan boxes. You will be sorely disappointed. Customer service is non-existent. Of the 5 phone numbers that I have for Continental Freight, you will only be able to get 2 to work. If you can leave a message, it will go unanswered. One of the voice mailboxes is full, so you will not be able to leave a message on that one. If I could leave 0 (zero) stars, I would. One star is being more than generous. I think that the worst part about the situation is that one of the voice messages on a phone number says for you to "have a blessed day" as if to imply that the person/company is/are Christians. Wish that people would not do that. Makes all Christians look bad. Just like when a car sporting a *** fish cuts you off in traffic.

and his wife pick up my 4 Balikbayan boxes last July 29,2017 and until now still not deliver to my family in the Philippines. I worked so hard here to make money so I can buy foods,clothing and household goods to put in those boxes to sent to our love ones for Christmas 2017. Mr & Mrs *** they can't tell us where is our 4 packages now and why they didn't arrive in our family in the Philippines. The money, time and effort to put all those 4 boxes together is Exorbident. Thank you!
