The customer was made fully aware that these items where back ordered with an estimated eta upon placing their orderThey agreed to having us send them what was in stock and sending the back ordered items when they come back in stock
Since our inventory comes from overseas we can only give an estimated eta on when we can ship these itemsThe items just came back in stock and we plan on shipping them asap to the customer

The owner's response to my complaint is an incomplete picture to say the least and further brings into relief his position on customer serviceIt is an endless onslaught of broken promises and diverted responsibilityYes, I was told the items were backordered, but I was assured it was "weeks" not months and certainly not monthsI won't bother going through all the dates as before, but here are some email threads that give a good documentation of what I am still going through (oldest first, organized by thread):

but as I mentioned before I also like many other customers received only a third of the order. I would like my complete order or my money back ASAP.

This man (Frank [redacted]) is a theif. He has taken $1800.00 from us for a cabinet order in April 2015. Couldn't supply cabinets and was to refund us the money. At first they kept stating the refund was sent, then they said rest assure its in the accounting deptment and then no reply at all. The phone number was disconnected. I have read alot of other were taken by him also. PLease do not fall for this mans advertisements. He has had serveral companies. he opens them and closes them after he takes peoples money.
