I am rejecting this response because:World Discoreved (WD) has not provided any documents, evidence, or proof to show that I received a $3801 refund from [redacted].  WD has not shown me any evidence or documents to support acquisitions  that under the current contract terms IDS, INC. was required to be paid $399.

addition, it is still not clear who was the motivating force in the cancellation of Ms. [redacted]'s [redacted] membership.   From Ms. [redacted]'s November 3, 2016 response, it appears that Ms. [redacted] may have been the motivating force, but it is still not very clear at all.   However, and in addition, in WD's communications with [redacted] regarding Ms. [redacted]'s issues, [redacted] has never clarified that it was not the party who initiated the cancellation.   Instead, [redacted]' responses to WD indicated that Ms. [redacted]'s membership was still active.  See, .§.,Q,.,  Exhibits D and E to my letter of November 2, 2016.Ms. [redacted] is way beyond the statutory rescission period. Nevertheless, WD has elected to cancel her obligations.  Ms. [redacted] used a down payment assistance so she did not make a deposit. WD has canceled her loan.  Thus, Ms. [redacted] has no further obligation.We trust that this will satisfactorily resolve this matter.

I have sent an attactment in the same email when I stated the flight to Honolulu was nearly double and on that random week there is no available lodging on the island. Here is the attachemnt again. It compares [redacted] and [redacted] rates. See attachment. There are 28 pages covering 6/8/18 thru 6/15/18.

I am rejecting this response because:  World Discovered statements about my account with [redacted] are not true.  Second I think World Discovered may have mixed my account up with someone else.  I do not want to believe the would provide a...

false statement.  For the sake of argument, My account was closed November 2016 because the remaining balance was paid off in full.  I have account statements that reflect that payoff.  I verified the account closure with [redacted] on 19 April 2017 via telephone call.  Because of the confusion, account transaction statements between myself and world discovered to Monterey Fiancial was requested.  Second the attachment contains documents that reflect what was paid to IDS (which was $299) and what was paid to World Discovered ($7500.00).  If the dollar differ, can World discovered provide the financial documents.Finally, based on the original agreement, not actual proof that I received a refund and [redacted] denying facts that they provided me with a refund, World Discovered still owes $6651.00.

I am rejecting this response because: Here is just one example the flight charge is nearly double from [redacted] and there is not one place to stay on Honolulu for that random week in June.  This vacation club is just a timeshare exchange program. The rating on alot of the resorts/hotels are subpar; and in one review in Tennessee a member states they are always trying to sell him a timeshare at their resort. Another states that their room was broken into. Travis the the (hook) that baited us at the [redacted] said just tell them on the form that you two are living togather, not true. Tammy takes care of her sick 83 year old mother and is on permanent disabilty from her job (back problems) noting near the salary he said to check on their initial form. Plus Travis said if you want the discount tickes to the Luau make sure you fill the form out like I said.  Here is an example of exactly what happened to us : [redacted]
