World Discovery Club, LLC

I have a complaint to make about a World Discovery Agent with the phone number +X XXX-XXX-XXXX.
At the airport, on my way to catch an International flight, I recieved a call from someone who worked at World Discovery club on Sept. 13th 2016, and she tried to book an appointment with me for a meeting. I told them I was trying to catch a flight and tried to get them off the phone but they wouldn't get off. Then they asked me when I'll be back in the country, I told them, then they booked am appointment for Oct 1st.
Fast forward to Oct. 1st I received a text to remind me of the appointment, I sent a reply requesting to cancel.
I got a reply which read:
"You have reserved this day and time slot for your meeting since September 13. What is the nature of your "emergency for your request? World Discovery Club""
To which I replied, I apologized and said that it didn't concern them.
Then I got a harsh response labelling me a thief. The response was:
"We reserved this meeting time for you over 2 weeks ago and it was not available for others who may be more serious than you are about getting this information. It concerne us when a theft like this occurs. You have stolen this prime weekend timeslot from someone who may really have needed it to support their family. So, YES, it concerns us when someone steals a time slot and cancells only about an hour before the meeting. World Discovery Club"
Then they sent the messages below:
"Confirmed [redacted] USA TX Customer World Discovery Club.
MEETING CANCELLEDSTANDARD FEE CHARGED World Discovery Club".
I have never EVER seen anything more unprofessional like this in my enitre life.
