on January 28, 2025, I responded to ad for VitalTac flashlight, which was supposedly of military grade and so strong a beam that one could start a campfire or fry an egg which the flashlight. it was supposedly $39.99 for the item but they charged my card $59 for expedited shipping and handling, which I did not authorize. I attempted to contact the company which conducted this transaction but the email address is invalid. I initially clicked on a link in face book but the ad has since disappeared. I am challenging the charge with the card issuer but that can take up to 90 days. the return policy which I have been able to locate states that I have 30 days from date of delivery to request a refund. the returnpolicy page thati have found indicates that I can click on a link on that page but no such link is located on that page.
