I took out a loan from world finance Loan for $570. I have set up auto withdrawal and the company is not recording the payments correctly.
After a thorough investigation, World has determined that an incorrect checking account numberwas input for your November payment. Because of this error World has decided to waive both$4.25 fees and credit your account $85.00 which will bring your payments up to date for your nextdue date on February 13th, 2020. World apologizes for any inconveniences caused.

This company provided me with a $1400 loan and expected me to make monthly payments. Upon receiving the loan I was unable to pay the monthly installments due to other payments. I enrolled in a debt consolidation company and was mature enough to show courtesy and contact them personally to explain the situation. The first phone call I was told to ignore their calls and they wouldn’t contact my references if I verbally ask them not to, which I did on that same phone call. The individual proceeded to tell me that my references would not be contacted and to have a good day. A week later multiple people from my references contacted me saying this same individual was contacting them. I called her as soon as I heard this from my references and she told me she never said those things on the first call with her and would continue to contact me and my references. Ever since that second phone call she has been calling me and references every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It is to the point where it has become harassment to me and my references. They will receive the money owed by me from the 3rd party company I have hired.

The branch has been attempting tomake contact with you in order to discuss payment options and to assist in catching you up on yourloan.
