Review: My son was denied service by footlocker employees due to his age after we waited in line for 2 days and 2 nights. Their policy for this promotion states that only 1 person may buy 1 shoe at a time during a shoe release. I was to buy 1 shoe and my son was to buy 1 shoe. They instead refused to sell my son a shoe because the shoe he attempted to purchase was not his shoe size. It doesn't state in any of their policies or for this or any other of their promotions that there is any age or shoe size requirement, or shoe size regulations to buying a specific shoe; it doesn't state that the customer can only purchase their own shoe size. No other customer was asked their shoe size or their age. Including myself. The regulations of the policies also stated that the customer must have a Maryland ID which my son had.Desired Settlement: We would like the shoes which were denied to my son. We would also like to be compensated for the 2 days and 2 nights the 2 of us spent waiting for the shoes; and for the pain and suffering, for the disappointment, and for the disrespect and humiliation me and my son suffered.
