This player has encountered a known issue in our game that we are currently testing a fix for that should be released with our next update.
This issue caused some players to be unable to register a score in a game mode called "Turf Wars" where two clubs compete to earn the most coins by using
club passesPlayers who encounter this issue are still earning the coins to their personal account but the scores are not being tallied correctly in their Turf War score

Opening more than one account is against our Terms and Conditions. This player has held multiple accounts in the past and even told one of their friends in the game about it following up with "they gonna remove me as soon as they find out". Their friend suggested that they change their IP so no one...

finds out, to which this player responded "im already on it". 
Since this player has very openly held more than one account, their account has been closed.

This player's account was closed in the past and is not allowed to create a new account. [redacted] is not their first account to be closed. Their original account was closed for hundreds of dollars in chargebacks, meaning that they made purchases and then were refunded by their credit credit after depleting their purchases in-game.

Mr. [redacted] created multiple accounts that we have toed to him. Our terms and conditions do let players know creating multiple accounts is a violation. Attached is an email Mr. [redacted] sent requesting his original account be closed. This very...

clearly indicates that he had prior accounts. When we ask for his account name, he even gives us two names in the email, "[redacted]". If Mr. [redacted] would like his original account back, we would be more than happy to work with him in doing that. However since he created multiple accounts, we will not be able to reopen his account that is deemed a multiple account.

they closed my 1st account because I disrespected WGT staff members. I was threatened with my life and my families lives by another player. when I reported this player to WGT they told me to deal with it, so I said some derogatory statements in regards to WGT's response, then they disabled my account. so I made another account and put $300 into it and got cheated out of 2400 survey credits, when I notified wgt about the missing credits, they disabled my account again. that is a total of $540 stolen from me. I was also called a cheat because I scored on the low 60's after a total of only 3 months of gameplay. they think that they are the only golf game out there, not too mention that they have a forum with calculations for different situations for gameplay. the bottom line is that WGT are felons for comitting theft, fraud and illegal business ethics.

As to disrespecting [redacted], the derogatory comments had to do with threats to the business and the people in our business. Threatening employees with bombs and other harm is not acceptable at any point. I said in my original response I was willing to work to get the original account open, but as [redacted] seems unwilling to even accept that, at this time we will not open any accounts back up.

theft is unlawful. wgt is unlawful in all its aspects. wgt has stolen $$$ from hundreds of people. wgt has thousands of fake accounts themselves. they declare to have over 1 million players who have signed up, which is false. it takes anywhere from 2 minutes upto 1 hour to find multi player games. this only leads to a direct confirmation that they have and still are illegally misrepresenting business ethics. they also have sock puppets (fake people)/ fake accounts on the forums and in games who report back to wgt to rid of negative comments against wgt. they also maintain illegal VEM where they control the outcome of the game(s), where as $$$ is involved. as to the disrespecting wgt staff, well, they disrespected me 1st. and little do they know, a major class action lawsuit is about to unfold on wgt for theft, fraud illegal business ethics/ practices. all I can say is, [redacted] wgt, they are going down hard. good luck and good bye.

We have already gone ahead and added the balls to the players account per their request.  There was no additional charges.

This is an outright lie by WGT. I have kept emails from them, and am willing to provide them to the Revdex.com to show the extent of what has been going on.
Second quote from above: "Per our terms and conditions, which all players agree to when signing up for the game, does state that players may not have more than one account."
It is odd that they would respond to the Revdex.com with this (since there has supposedly been no emails back and forth between WGT and I), since that is the excuse WGT used to close my family members account. The account was closed AFTER a complaint on WGT the player forum regarding the recent functionality of WGT. After a series of emails back and forth between WGT and I, I researched my problem via general web searches and found that other players have had accounts/family member accounts closed after posting negative information on WGT forums regarding the functionality of WGT. The family member's account had existed for approx 5 years, and was never a problem until the post regarding server difficulties and playability of WGT. Please note that the family members account uses both my credit card and email. It was rarely used, as this family member rarely uses WGT and isn't as much of a golf fan as I am.
This goes to the larger question, something I discovered while investigating WGT's behavior. How many accounts can WGT close like this, with funds in them, and have no consequences from any entity? At what point does a company's outright theft become an investigatory matter due to the sheer volume of accounts closed?
As far as a resolution for myself, simply reopen my wife's account. I had asked that of WGT several times. WGT returned with the standard 'there can only be one account per user'. I informed them that there was. I even asked them how to resolve this, from an email to them: "SO WHAT DOES A HOUSEHOLD WITH MULTIPLE PLAYERS SUPPOSED TO DO?" Again, restoration of the account would be satisfactory.
Regarding the larger question of how WGT has done this to many other people, I believe that needs a further investigation. This has caused people to lose money. As I stated earlier, in my research after WGT took their action, I found that WGT had been committing theft via closing accounts against many people, and often after these people made a complaint to WGT on their forums. The more disturbing thing is WGT's online gambling revenue stream. With what has happened in regards to companies like DraftKings, it would appear WGT is in violation of gambling rules. An investigation into that should be conducted by some entity to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Currently there are people across state and national lines gambling in various games on WGT. I had participated once or twice myself before realizing that this may be something illegal. At that point I decided to read much of WGT's rules/guidelines and found nothing that addressed the legality of its online gaming.

I am more than happy to try and resolve this, but without a player name or email address connected to the closed account, I am attaching a screen shot of the emails we have received from [redacted]. Which you can see only has one email from the Revdex.com. So until [redacted] decides to share the email address or player name, my hands are tied. Also the resolution asked for doesn't match with what he is describing. Quotes from [redacted].
Resolution Request - " Reopen my account with $ that was in the account."
Complaint - "simply reopen my wife's account."
It is very odd from our perspective that one, his wife has not contacted us since it is "her" account. Also the fact that he is asking for "HIS" Account o be reopened while still trying to maintain that it is not his.
So again without a player name or email address, I am unable to do anything to help.

WGT has been given plenty of opportunity to resolve the situation, including an email from me that included "The account has been open for many years, and on the rare occasion that someone in the family wants to play WGT it is on the other account. Per your 'terms' "Each user participating on the Site and/or through the Application(s) may have only one player Account". SO WHAT DOES A HOUSEHOLD WITH MULTIPLE PLAYERS SUPPOSED TO DO?".
We received no guidance at that time on how to resolve having two players on one email account, or if simply providing my wife's email account would have sufficed. It is important to remember that this account was not closed until AFTER a complaint was made on a WGT forum regarding the usability of the service the past few months. The account was open for years prior to that. This is simply retaliation. In researching the matter, I found that others had the same happen to them after posting something negative on WGT forums - account closed, and theft of what was in the account. Far as I'm concerned the matter is closed via the Revdex.com. There are other ways to resolve this outside the Revdex.com which are much more entertaining.
