World Green Movers LLC breached the contract due to no agreed moving Transportation pickup on 08//2019. A one third deposit dated 07//19 by cashier check due before scheduled agreed pickup service on Saturday 08//2019 was mailed *** one day express cost paid with signature required to the Business named on this complaint. Contact party name Ronny W, General Manager confirm one third deposit was signed and received.
On my moving day 08//19 Ronny W called me one hour before scheduled 10:00am pickup for Movers to arrive. He stated "Movers got detained at the Weight Scale in *** due to 3,000lbs overweight and fine will paid on Monday 08//2019 and I will work on getting you another contracted Moving company on Monday August ,2019. I informed Mr. W that my house is sold and I have to be out of the home on Tuesday August , 2019. He assured me that he will have another Moving contractor do the transportation and will contact me on Monday August , 2019.
I left several voicemails and text messages to no avail I never received a phone call from contact source Ronny W of World Green Movers only text message letting me know he had text me picture of a local Moving contractor Eagle Movers of Wisconsin and he added in the text "do not contact them."
I left numerous voicemails and text messages to Mr. W and finally I text him on Tuesday August , 2019 requesting a scheduled time for the Moving Contractor to arrive on this day. Mr. W called me around 3:00pm on Tuesday August , 2019 confirming that a Moving Contractor will be at my home at 12 noon on Wednesday August , 2019.
I informed him that "It won't be needed due to breech of the contract by not fulfilling the agreed scheduled moving dated in the Contract and I did nothing to breech the contract." He stated "Reimbursement of the one third deposit will be in review to per contract guidelines.
I emailed the company on Monday September *, 2019 regarding my complaint requesting the reimbursement of my one third deposit and have not received any communication.

We contracted with MD Transportation/World Green Movers for $7,300 to move our belongings from Georgia to Indiana. They moved our stuff into three storage units, two in Georgia and one in Alabama. They promised to deliver our stuff on at least two separate occasions and never showed up. Then they tried to extort us for more money than contracted, then sent us an ultimatum email and stated THEY made a decision that we had two options: 1) Pay them an extra $4,500 from what was contracted up front and they will send two trucks to deliver our stuff 2) Don’t pay anything and they will add our names to all four storage units with our stuff and we have to go back and get our own stuff and they will not be responsible for anything…no missing or damaged items. We did not even get to respond and they called us telling us they were not going to deliver our belongings and they would send us the keys to the units. We never received the keys and had to hire our attorney to send them an email to add us to the units. Ultimately the storage unit owners cut the locks and allowed us to get our stuff, which we had to rent our own truck and move ourselves. They have our money in $7300 and all they did was move our stuff into storage, hold it hostage while they tried to extort more money out of us and then refused to honor their end of delivering our stuff, which we had to do. We have tried to contact them for a refund only to go unanswered.
We have yet to receive our belongings for a move that we are doing from California to Florida. We hired JB Hunt Movers to do the move they sub contracted with MD Transportation and World Green Mover llc. We have tried calling and emailing because we have now found out that our belongings are up for auction in the storage unit. All three companies have not been working with us at all. We were supposed to get our belongings on July *** it is now July *** and they are all saying it is going to be another 3 weeks and they want check or wired money. We paid the full amount of the move to these companies which is around $5000 they are now putting blame on each other. Our belongings have been threatened and now we have paid over the amount of our move. We also never got a bill of lading and have asked multiple times to have our belongings weighed and measured.

My name is Leroy The General manager of World Green Mover llc,this customer was book by J B Hunt and J B Hunt contracted to a company name MD Transportation ,at the request of MD Transportation we helped facilitate the move from the Customer House to a Storage Unit to a third party company call *** in Sacramento,the customer paid us and we paid ***,..
We have nothing to do with the actual move them going to Florida,as a fact we do not have a contract with J B Hunt who Booked the Move and Sub-Contracted the jobs to MD Transportation ,
Our only involvement was to help MD Transportation to find a Local Company close to the customer to do the Moves,that we did and it's *** ,and the storage unit were the customer stuff is stored is under *** and they can reach them at ..
The customer knows were they items are and have the contact of the local company who moved them and we are suggesting the customer to reach out to the company who they booked with wish is JB HUNT MOVERS and find a solution or call the local company who put their stuff at the storage...Below is the Storage account and the local company owner name wish the stuff.
We please ask the customer to reach out to both company who they know especially JB Hunt Movers and we have nothing to do with this,we do not even have trucks right now or even operate trucks in California....

We paid the movers in cash $500.00 and we made a check out to World Green Mover for $2618.88 we thought to get our belongings from California to Florida but they aren't because as Leroy stated they don't have trucks or anything to do with California. I am not sure what or why we paid World Green Mover $2618.88 for? We want our money back in full $3118.88. I am now more confused because this is the first time I am now hearing of a fourth company. I have attached a picture of the certified check and the timeline of our move. We were told that MD Transportation Group DOT *** and their DBA is World Green Mover LLC.

Leroy Here again,General Manager of W.G.M,I wanna suggest that you reach out to the driver or company that pick up your move,Our company is not D B A to any other company,please check with the state of NY CORPORATION,the D.O.T you mentioned is been inactive over a year now,we mostly do local delivery or general freight....
Again you mentioned J B Hunt,have J B HUNT Send you the contract that we have with them and sign by me Leroy or the Owner...There is not a person working in our company named Ron,I am sorry of what you been true but please reach out to J *** and to your BOOKING AGENT.

I know you do not have a person named Ron working for you that was MD Transportation they fired Ron and when they did I got an email saying you no longer deal with them or our move because they fired Ron. Also if you only do freight and local moves then why would you do a California move and take $2618.88 certified check made out to World Green Movers LLC which is your company which we want our money back. I also forgot to mention that we have yet to receive a claim form for our flooring that was destroyed that was $1770.00 in damages.
