Per our conversation I am replying to you in regards to the above case number that I submitted a response online which apparently did not processI had responded to the case stating that per our contract for all memberships, there
is a day cancellation policy that all members are required to give before billing stopsIt takes our system days to process the cancellation and remove the members billing information from our system properlyThis has always been our cancellation policy and each member is required to sign off on this when they originally sign up at our facilityIf need be I can provide a copy of the members contract with said signature
