First repair attempt: January, Mileage: 18, Washer Fluid lefor repair times 3rd repair attempt caused all fluid to leak INSIDE rear of carRear rugs saturated - noxious fumes, 1/inch of washer fluid sitting on top of rugs Attempt #1: January 31, Reservoir leak on seam Attempt #2: March 26-28, Washer line cracked Attempt #3: March 28-29, Washer hose not fully secure Attempt #4: April 12-May 9, Washer hose between drivers side seat & drivers side sill leaking pin hole in hose causing interior washer fluid leak? SO, the fluid leak was a hole in reservoir seam & cracked washer line & technician error of not securing the washer hose & a pinhole in tubing between seats (from factory install), as all invoices state? March 29, 10AM: Jeep returned car "fixed" for third time This time, all the noxious washer fluid leaked into the rear floor of the vehicle - saturatin

The customer has had the vehicle back since last weekVehicle was completely detailed, brought back to original specs (there were a few nicks from dash removal) and customer was provided with a loaner vehicle for the duration of vehicle being in serviceCustomer was contacted by a member of our

*** *** came in to have a sensor light diagnosed, but did not want the dealer to perform the repair, opting to purchase the part and have the vehicle repaired at an independent shopAfter an inept repair on the part of the independent, the consumer returned to have the timing belt fixed, yet
the sensor light was still on. We refunded him the cost of the part, PLUS the labor for the third party shop’s install, and afforded him a coupon off the timing belt. We have done our absolute best to satisfy him, but his Chrysler with over 120k miles may occasionally need repairs, and these aren’t our fault or cause. Anything I can do to further help, please advise and it will be done

Regards, This company seems to be unwilling to correct and address this problem that they caused when I took my car in for a timing belt I did not need a courtesy cleaning around the sensor thus they did not need to take it a part again. On December 21, the light was not on when the car was taken in for service. I told them that and not to touch it I received the car back after service was done. The light was on again so they cause thatI called and talked to one of the service people about the the problem when light came on. The head guy or supervisor was not in so I took a picture on my iPhone showing that the light was on. Yes I received in credit and a coupon off line. But I still have a problem with the light being on from the work they did. World Jeep seems to be doing bad business as far as their customers are concerned in not taking on responsibility for the work they do and the problems they caused. The years and mileage have nothing to do with this problem since I have kept my car up since I have owned it

Regarding the above referenced complaint, the dealership was held up by the assurances that the client was obtaining financing for the vehicleOnce their financing fell through, the vehicle was returned with one key, not the two that it was sold withWe made it very clear that the deposit would be
returned once the key was returnedIf second key no longer exists, we will issue refund in the amount of the deposit with an attached bill for the second keyI will send this to the customer as well and advise as to a response

This case should be closed. *** *** returned second key to dealership and all monies were refunded

I recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership on June 14th, and the entire experience was nothing but problemsI walked out that day with the car, everything signed and everyone happyAbout a week later I got a call that they missed some paperwork that had to do with my co signer that was completely their fault for not making sure everything was in at the time I purchased the carI gave them what they needed and moved onFor the following month after that, I continued to get phone calls regarding paperwork and all things they screwed up on, eventually the finance manager was so unprofessional at his job he hung up the phone on me and demanded he speak to my co signer, extremely unprofessional and not acceptableI asked for my license plates and for that entire month they "weren't ready yet" hm, strangeWhen I finally got my plates, it was mid July and the papers said they were issued in JuneThey had my plates the whole time and was just holding them from meI asked for corporates phone number and I was told there is no corporateThe list goes on with this business and I am incredibly disappointed as I can not wait to turn in my three year lease and shop somewhere else afterwardsLosing business left and right as most of my friends and family are Jeep drivers who will not be shopping here

I'm not sure as to the resolution here.  The light coming on wasn't a result of the work the dealership performed, and we certainly didn't turn it on.  We didn't even perform the work that centered around the light to begin with.We would be happy to diagnose the light free of charge, but cannot be responsible for work not performed at the dealership.  [redacted]General ManagerWorld Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram[redacted]
