On 5-29-said customer requested a refundWorld Kennel Club's policy is that refunds that are approved by managment can take 4-weeks to be processedAfter funds are processed it is up to the customer's bank to put the funds into customer's accountSometimes that takes up to days to be fully completed after it deducted from our accountAccording to our records the refund was placed back on customer's card and deducted from our account on 6-17-It was only 1/weeks after initial requestThat is well before the alloted 4-weeksWe feel like this customer was taken care of in a timely mannor and thankfully she did not have to wait the alloted 4-weeksOur goal is to make customer's happy and provide excelent customer serviceWe understand that it is in our best intrest to take care of customers weather it is for our service or for a refundOur operators were in constant communication with this customer letting her know what the status of her refund wasI was happy to see that we took care of her refund quickly and before the standard 4-weeks

It was only 2 1/2 weeks after initial request. That is well before the alloted 4-6 weeks. We feel like this customer was taken care of in a timely mannor and thankfully she did not have to wait the alloted 4-6 weeks. Our goal is to make customer's happy and provide excelent customer service. We understand that it is in our best intrest to take care of customers weather it is for our service or for a refund. Our operators were in constant communication with this customer letting her know what the status of her refund was.
