March 15th 2019 World Kitchens and Granite started our full kitchen remodeling. They estimated would be done by the end of April. As of today July 4th the kitchen is still not finished. They keep giving us excuse after excuse.They would come to work for 40 minutes make a mess and leave. They would say they would be here one day and never show up, next week the same thing and so on. After multiple polite attempts by phone calls, text messages and E-mails asking them when could they could please come and finish, we finally told them if they were not done by Wednesday July 3rd we would be hiring some one else to finish the job. We have been very patient with them and giving them plenty of time to finish. We have sent them in multiple occasions the list and pictures of all the things that need to be done and fixed. Yesterday July 3rd they came to finish the job, not only they did not finish but they also took with them all the materials I had in my garage that we needed to be able to finish the job. We have already paid them $16,000 dollars from the 17,088.50 invoice. From the 1.0885 that are left, three things that we were charged for but were not able to be installed due to their wrong measurements have to be deducted. I got the quote for those items and it comes to $586.00 that need to be deducted from the balance. The balance due after this deductions is 502.5 if they were to complete the job which they did not.

Other (requires explanation) I want all the materials they took without my consent from the garage that we need to finish and fix the kitchen. Plus all the new ones they ordered to fix all the problems and mistakes. I would also want to be reimbursed for any extra money we have to pay another contractor to finish the job over the $502.5 amount that was the balance due at completion.

WORLD KITCHENS AND GRANITE HAS TRIED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT BUT CUSTOMER REFUSES TO AGREE ON FINAL PAYMENT ONCE PROJECT IS COMPLETED. CUSTOMER WANTS US TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO THEIR KITCHEN, WORK THAT WAS NOT CONTRACTED BY US, THEY BLAME THEIR OLD ELECTRICAL HAVING TO BE REDONE BECAUSE WE REMOVED THE OLD CABINETS. WE HAD NO ELECTRICAL AGREEMENT WITH THEM, THAT WAS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. OUR WORK WAS DELAYED BECAUSE CUSTOMER HAD EXTRA WORK NEEDED DONE TO THEIR FLOORS AND THEY ARE BLAMING THE TIME DELAYED, THEY ALSO HAD FAMILY COMING OUT OF TOWN SO WE HAD TO STOP THE PROJECT BEFORE IT WAS COMPLETED. WHEN WE CAME TO FINISH WE WERE MISSING A FEW PIECES OF MATERIAL SO WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL WE RECEIVED IT, BECAUSE OF THE DELAYED I OFFERED A FEW FREE PANELS TO MAKE UP FOR THE DELAY SO THEY HAPPILY AGREED. THE MATERIAL WAS DELAYED BY THE CABINET SUPPLIER BY A COUPLE OF WEEKS WHICH WE EXPLAINED BUT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT UNDERSTAND. WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE A DAY BUT THEY SAID WE COULD ONLY GO AFTER 5:30 WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO SCHEDULE. THEY DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT WE WERE HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING A TIME TO GO AND THEY STARTED REFUSING US TO GO BACK AND WANTED A DISCOUNT AND THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FINISH, WE AGREED BUT WE SAID IF WE DROP OFF THE MATERIAL WE WERE EXPECTING A PAYMENT. THEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY THEIR BALANCE OF $1328 SO WE SAID WE WILL LIVE THE BALANCE AT 50% BUT THEY WOULD NOT RECEIVE THE FREE ITEMS BECAUSE OF THE VALUE OF AROUND $650. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM BUT THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO PAY. THE ONLY ITEMS WE OWE THEM WERE 2 PULLOUTS WORTH $150. THE WHOLE PROJECT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, I WILL ATTACH PICTURES OF COMPLETED PROJECT.

The Delay on the floor was 2 days. Family came when the kitchen was supposed to be finished according to them after working on it for 1 month. We never asked for any discounts, they advertise as licensed and insured and they are neither. They did do the electrical which was not done correctly and had to be redone by a Real licensed electrician. The parts that got delayed never arrived and they keept giving us excuses about everything. After 4 months they keep giving excuse after excuse and after many schedule times for them to come finish they could never finish. The so far "finished"job is a mediocre and unprofessional one.
WORLD KITCHENS REALLY WANTS TO CLOSE THIS CHAPTER. NO MATTER WHAT WE SAY THEY WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING. THEY HAVE A PENDING BALANCE WITH US OF $1328.50. WE ONLY OWE THEM 4 PULLOUTS WHICH ARE WORTH AROUND $150. AS I EXPLAIN BEFORE WE HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM, EVEN OUR CABINET SUPPLIER HAS TRIED CALLING THEM BUT WE GET NO ANSWER. WE JUST WANT TO BE DONE WITH THIS CUSTOMERS, OUR JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS THE PICTURES THAT WERE SENT TO Revdex.com SHOW THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED. AT THIS POINT WE PREFER TO TAKE A LOSS AND JUST MOVE ON. WITH THE MONEY THEY OWE US THEY WILL HAVE PLENTY TO PAY SOMEONE FOR A DAYS WORK. I JUST REALLY WANT TO MOVE ON FROM THIS SINCE THEIR NO PURPOSE IN GOING BACK AND FORTH.

This is a scam of a company. People need to be aware of them and never contract them. We want ALL the materials back plus the reimbursement of all the labor a Real contractor is going to charge us for redoing all their pathetic job.
