[redacted] came to our facility and purchased a 2008 [redacted] from us. We went above and beyond to accommodate him since he drove far away. [redacted] called our facility three days after purchase and informed us that the check engine light came on. He said he would have a mechanic come to his home and...

check it out. His mechanic told him it needed a catalytic converter. [redacted] made an appointment at the [redacted] dealership to have it checked out. This vehicle is still under a factory emission law warranty. When he arrived at the dealership, [redacted] claims that the dealership told him that the catalytic converter was not going to be covered because it has been physically damaged. [redacted] called our facility and said he would need $2400 to fix the catalytic converter. We explained to [redacted] that we warranty our own vehicles and we would need to verify this complaint with our own third party repair facility. We offered to accommodate him with the cost of his fuel and expense to come to our dealership. [redacted] agreed and we made an appointment at our service facility to have this situation checked out. Once the [redacted] arrived at the service facility, the service department checked the vehicle and could not find ANY damage to the catalytic converter at all. This was very surprising to us and not what [redacted] claimed. We went over to our third party repair facility to confirm this and also brought [redacted] inside the shop to see for himself. There was no damage to the catalytic converter at all. We have pictures which were taken while [redacted] was present, for our records to prove no damage. Therefore the vehicle is indeed covered under factory warranty. The service facility then put the service diagnostic system on and this vehicle has passed  the diagnostic emissions test. We reimburse [redacted] for his day and we apologized for any inconvenience he incurred. Two weeks later, we received a complaint by the Revdex.com stating his complaint. Last we heard from [redacted] was the day he left our third party repair facility. [redacted] is claiming his check engine light is still on, but how would he pass the emissions test in ** and how would have driven the car without registering it?  We called [redacted] and we were very surprised about the complaint. [redacted] said he didn't want to drive back to our dealership which was inconvenient. He explained to him that if this vehicle had any legitimate issues, he has an emission warranty to 80,000 miles. We offered to have the car brought back again to verify his claim but he refused and was very rude on the phone. We stand behind our vehicles 110% not to mention it is covered under warranty and have no reason not to do so. [redacted] is complaining about an emission issue that is covered By the [redacted] dealership. We do not know what transpired when [redacted] brought some mechanic to his home, and what exactly was done to the vehicle at that time. We cannot verify this complaint. [redacted] wants to fix the truck himself, and wants our company to send him money as reimbursement. However our warranty policy stands that the vehicle needs to be brought to us for repairs. We have a very high reputation with standing behind our vehicles. e do not deny anything. If a vehicle has an issue, we do stand behind it 110% and always have in the past.World Luxury Motor Cars[redacted]www.WorldLuxuryMotorCars.com###-###-####

My husband and I saw an ad for a vehicle we were looking for. We went to this place and we were very impressed! The people there made car shopping a pleasant experience. They were not pushy sales people at all. The Audi we wanted was exactly as it was advertised but better. The facility is clean and beautiful. They took their time and showed us how everything worked. My husband buys cars all the time. We will definitely be back!

Review: On June [redacted] of 2015 I drove 165 miles to this car dealer to purchase a used 2008 [redacted], the asked price was $28,900, which I paid.On the way back home the Service Engine Light came on which indicates that there's something wrong with the vehicle. I made it home that day and the following day I called my mechanic to scan the code on the vehicle to find out what the issue was. since the car wasn't registered yet, he came over my home which I paid $90.00 out of my pocket, the code read [redacted] which is the a replacement of the catalytic converter, and it won't pass emissions.I called the dealership and told him about it, I was told by the mechanic that because it was a 2008 and had less then 80,000 miles the [redacted] would probably cover it. So, the following day I took a day off from work and drove 35 miles to a [redacted] dealer, there they told me it would not be covered because the vehicle was lifted the wrong way and the converter was damaged because of that, the price to fix $2,000.00.I called World Luxury motors and spoke to the [redacted], which refused to pay for the cost of the repair and asked to drive back to [redacted] where he would find someone else to repair the vehicle, I took another day off and drove there the following Monday, there he took me to a garage where he said that there was nothing wrong with the converter even though two other professionals had told me that was the problem. He had his mechanic change the O2 sensors on the vehicle and then erase the code, I drove back 2 1/2 hours, yesterday the [redacted] of June the light came back on, again code [redacted], Catalytic Converter needs to be replaced, I am very upset about this car dealer, I never had an issues with a purchase of a vehicle before, specially a $28,900 that wouldn't even pass the inspection, sales taxes was $1,900, dealer and mechanic fees $190.00 not to mention time off from work. Please help.Desired Settlement: Dealership needs to pay for replacement of part!!
