World Management & Promotion

I have had a Sale of Resort Weeks in process since Oct 2019. This Sale was put together by a company called WorId Management & Promotion and the escrow was handled by Cyrstal Title. Both of these companies are supposedly in Minnesota. I now believe this whole transaction has been an elaborate SCAM coordinated by both these companies. I have put a very large amount of money into an Escrow Account (supposedly). Their paperwork trail is impeccable; contracts, certified mexican govt documents, bank statements, wire transfer paperwork from Santander Bank and the Bank Of Mexico but the money never shows up. Their organization appears to be legitimate and back in Oct 2019 I didn't not find anything online that led me to believe they were SCAMMERS. When you call with a questions a front desk person forwards your call to an appropriate department. I have talked with several people in both organizations trying to get this deal closed. The odd thing is you talk with someone for a while and then all of a sudden someone different is handling your concerns. I made approximately 10 wire transfers trying to satisfy their next requirement in order to get my money released. Never happened.

On October 4 Vinicio Roa From WORLD MANAGEMENT &PROMOTION contact me saying that he represent this company one of the best event management in town and he was asking me if I can rent them ten (10) units(weeks)from my membership in Cancun Mexico. $4200.00x10.00= $42,000.00 with the only commission of 7%(2,940.00 for them. After many calls from them on Nov. 4,2019 I signed a contract with them. After that they were asking me $8,500.00 for Resort's fee. I was told that they would reimburse it to me at time of closing. They would use a company CRYSTAL TITLE to do all the transaction. I was told that I would have a Legal Representative in Mexico for the transaction there. I send the money to them but later I have told that I have to pay taxes in Mexico $6,720.00 if I didn't pay I would be arrested in Mexico. They would help me with 50% but After I sent 50% they asked me to send the balance. On Dec 24/2019 they asked me for $2,881.32 for the closing cost. I didn't have the money but on Jan 08,202 I sent the money to them. On January 10/2020 I received a phone call from Manuel Reyes that I had to pay bank charges for the delay of the closing 25 day incurred 142.00 per Diem was $3,570.00+ 2231.00 per liberation's of funds a total of $5,800.01 and I had to pay ASAP if not every day they would be charging me a fee. I was desperate I told them that I didn't have more money but they asked me to borrowed from friend and family the sooner the better. On Jan 17/2020 I sent $3,000.00 that was the only money I could get. After that I have told that they would help me to do the closing but instead they don't answer my phone calls or Emails or not explanation of nothing but they still in business. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY STILL IN BUSINESS"
