Hi we are really sorry to hear about this dissatisfied customer but please be advise as this stool was out of stock and our warehouse advised us that the shipment coming in will be a different in price so that is y the price changed and the we couldn’t fulfill this order

I initiated a dispute with American Express on Oct ***, after failing to get a response from the business over multiple days of calling and emailsThe business finally responded and "offered" to refund with *** on November *** in a one-sentence emailThey later retracted that, even though they have the merchandise in their possession and said that they will not refund me because of the *** *** disputeAt this point, this business has my money AND the merchandise and is refusing to refund meI think this speaks to their unprofessionalism and complements my experience with them so farPlease note that I now realize that the address of the business is a residence in Brooklyn, NY and they just take orders from the website and drop-ship using other more established businessesIt does not appear that they even know business is doneThis has been a horrible experience and I will not stop complaining and publicizing my experience until I get ALL my money back

hi again we did confirmed we will send a refund and a few minutes after that she just put in a dispute from that alone you can just see that this is just one of those customers that you cant work with and it haves nothing to do with our business as we try our best to accommodate all our customers and the same was with this as we were just trying to help her and get her the stool change as to notice it was her mistake with ordering the wrong size and now I just have to deal with the bank on this

Do you expect me to BELIEVE that the chair I bought for $33.50 was increased to $233.50??? I should have been allowed to choose from the other 3 fabric choices or a substitute chair!!! They were ALL under $200 when I purchased the one for my son! *I* should have had the choice to cancel and get a refund. I paid for the chair that was $33.50. This was the 1st I had ever shopped for a drafting stool. My son turned 14 and loves to draw and I was extremely excited. I did not intentionally try to take advantage of something and purchase 100 chairs. I wanted a nice chair for my son. I spent 3 days raving to my friends and family about your website and the great chair I found for my son only to be crushed with a notice of a fast refund and cancelled order! My complaints to Revdex.com and elsewhere will not be resolved until I receive a refund of $425.92 in my account.

hi we are really sorry to learn about this customers complain as I looked in to this the customer first want to change to a different size so it took us some time to check in our warehouse if we have the other size in stock so we confirmed that we have it and we can exchange it for her she decide to...

just send it back for a refund so after the stools was returned we inspect it and we confirmed that we got it and we would like to send her a refund true [redacted] less 15% restocking fee as this is our policy and she said ok and send us her [redacted] email address to do that but right after email us the address she went and put in a dispute with her credit card so now I just need to work with the credit card company and I told them everything and they are working on it
