I did everthing that was required of me I schedule the appointments in a timely manner and brought the car to Kerry for service as required

I understand the customer's disappointment and frustration of going through the buying process and not being able to purchase the vehicleThe customer was given the opportunity to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the car, but wanted to go home and think about itWe completely understand,
but all stock vehicles are a first come, first serve basisWe do not and did not accept a deposit for this unit or any other stock unitAnother customer came in that night and purchased the vehicleOur Sales Manager called the customer the next day to inform her the vehicle sold and offered to locate the same modelAt this point, we do accept and require a deposit as a commitment from the customerThe customer declined.
