The world of homes is a poorly run disorganized company Despite providing a change of address to them They have sent our billing to the wrong home They have confused our address with that of other families and then intend on charging us for fees that have accumulated due to heir poor performance In addition they are so disorganized that they put a lien on the wrong property causing mayhem where ever they go Shame on world of homes
refusal to respond, not in office, doesn't return calls, billing problems, bogus letters, fake inspections, complete lack of due diligence
This company has a contract to perform certain dutiesThey have not fixed many things including sprinklers and lights, and lights have been replaced with the wrong bulbsFurthermore they refuse to respond to my calls or office visits regarding this or other mattersThey are not in office during all business hours, and I show up during hours and the door is locked and no one is there and no cars in the parking lotIts like a shell companyThey "perform" inspections and send out letters that do not make sense, and the person performing the inspections has no idea what they are doingThey specifically target people they do not likeOnce I started complaining I received more violation letters in three months than any other home in our home community received in an entire yearAgain, they refuse to meet with me, talk with me, or provide pict
Since World of Homes took over our community late last year we've reduced our AR by about 40% and also tackled the violations aggressively to ensure that our community looks better than everNot only were they extremely well priced, we end up saving a lot more moneyThe management team and accounting responsiveness has been fantasticCouldn't recommend them enough
