The credit card company found in our favor and the money was deposited back into our account on 1/11/17.You can read all the details for yourself, but in short, everything was explained to our customer as it is with every transaction. We pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service. There is nothing deceptive about our business. We are thriving and just expanded into a much larger space.I would like to point out on the invoice (which I am including) that the special order section is completed when we make contact with the company who we are ordering the rugs from. The content is self-explanatory.In closing, this matter could have been easily resolved if the customer had not called and demanded her money back. I have accommodated customers in the past under special circumstances, but am not willing to do so when they are rude to me and my employees. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached a copy of my receipt from the merchant.  As you can see a cash register receipt was conveniently stapled over the no returns language on their document so as to hide it.  The business is lying.  At no time was that language EVER pointed out to me, nor was it discussed or explained.  When the document was presented for my signature I was told that I was signing to indicate that I was taking one rug with me and the other two were on order.  As you can see on my document the special order section is not completed - again noting I was not told this was a special order and non-returnable.When I called for a refund I spoke with the receptionist who told me that I had to speak with Dana the sales person and she wasn't available and would have to call me back.  When Ahmad R[redacted] called me back I asked who he was because I was expecting a call from Dana.  He then advised he was her husband and the owner.  I then advised that I was not going to come in to pick up the rugs that I had changed my mind.  It was then that Mr R[redacted] became angry with me and asked me "What am I supposed to do with them?"  I said "sell them".   He was not happy with that answer and became very defensive and I then advised that I was not going to argue with him and that I just wanted my money back and if he was unwilling to do that then I would dispute the charge on my card.  It was then that he told me that he would spend $100,000 to fight this and then hung up on me.  I was not rude as this merchant indicates, in fact it was he who was angry and unprofessional.  The credit card company did find in favor of the merchant due to the no returns language that was not pointed out to me by said merchant which is why this is deceptive.  The merchant has also been unjustly enriched by keeping my money and the product.  I would just like a refund and to be done with this.  There is no reason other than greed to keep my money.  He can easily resell these rugs as that's what his business is.
