you know we are always available with 4 staff up front to serve customers.We did receive notice Dec 22/16 that there was a pre filter missing from the order and do acknowledge that it should have been brought out at the time of delivery. This though unfortunate is a very minor picking error of an accessory and was immediately remedied for the customer. The next contact by the customer was made Jan 6th by email in regards to a promotional item and a phone call was made after the weekend on Jan 10th with no answer a message was left on the answering machine to return our call. This would have been the last communication as we did not hear back from the customer [redacted]. To address the customers questions the Bluetooth was not defective just needed a password as any Bluetooth device would. Well water is an option to fill up the tub, if a customer prefers to have city water delivered on site and we recommend that the customer arranges this with the closest water trucking provider.There was a promotional trip that was included at no charge and the only items the customer would have to pay for if they decide to use the certificate would be airport/airline taxes and any fees outside of standard flight and lodging. As these are variable and any traveler even if paying for the trip outright would incur, these small fees would be minimal compared to paying for the full fares of the airline/hotel. In regards to the items we give away to some customers phone cases, rubber ducky’s, booster seat etc. these items are give aways we include to increase the fun factor of a tub at no charge and would be happy to replace them if requested.Once again, we are sorry for the inconveniences and hope to offer you fulfilling services in future. Regards
