Revdex.com: The company has still get to fix what is covered under the warrenty! they said, aside from the arm. The cushions could be restuffed and the fabric that had ripped could be fixed also! I have yet to hear back from anyone in regaurds to this and it had now been over a month!

Review: On Feb. 5th 2015, I purchased a couch from WOW outlets for $1536.99. When the couch was delivered a month later, it had a small rip in the fabric, which I did not complain about. I have now owned this furniture for 1 year and 4 months. Both arms are broken, the cushions on the back are flattened, and there are more rips in the fabric. The store told me that there is a warranty on the couch and that I would need to contact a man by the name of Bill. Bill had come out to assess the couch. He told me that everything was fixable!! The one arm on the couch is damaged really bad, he said that he would be able to fix it with no problem. Bill came out on May 19th at 9am. After a month, I had contacted him to see when he would be back to fix my couch. He told me he was waiting for the store to approve everything. I called the store a week later and they told me that they were not going to allow for the very broken arm to be broke. I asked about the rest of the couch, since my warranty still stands. They said that would be ok and they would contact Bill to have him come fix it. Another month has not passed and I have yet to hear from ANYONE! My couch is still broke. For thee amount I paid, this couch should have NEVER broke in only a year of having it.Desired Settlement: I am not asking for the full amount to be returned, however I would like half of what I paid. I do not want this couch anymore because the quality of it is not worth keeping and it has now become unsafe for my children. I do need to purchase a new couch and do not want an exchange from this store either. I also do not want Bill to come back to my house to fix thee other issues that are covered under the warranty because I feel that no matter what gets fixed, I will have this same issue in another year.

RE ID #[redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]; While I regret receiving a customer complaint, we are held to the rules of the manufacturer as far as product defect claims. We sent a service man to Ms. [redacted]'s home with total intent on taking care of the manufacturer defects with her couch. Upon further inspection our repair man determined without any doubt that the arm was abused to the point that it was totally broken beyond repair. This was not a manufacturer defect.While this is not the answer any customer wants to hear we cannot be responsible for misuse, abuse or improper use.Thank you for assistance in this matter.Regards,Gershon G[redacted] Merchandise Manager
