[redacted] said in her original request that a full refund would resolve the matterWe offered her that and now she has other demands [redacted] biggest complaint seems to be that the report printed only pagesThe number of pages depends on the size of the fontAsk Heather to login and reprint the report in a size fontThe report will be the length specified on our websiteWe have gone to great lengths to satisfy [redacted] but it seems she does not want to resolve this so we withdrawal our offer of a full refund
