I understand that [redacted] feels that she was treated poorly by one of our employees In speaking with those involved I also agree that she was treated poorly The employee was reprimanded for his actions I have attached a copy of our refund policy that is given to each customer at the time of purchase It does clearly state that the refund is for 50% of the cost of the tree/plant It also clearly states that no cash is given either It also came to my attention that some of these plants were not dead, but had some brown spots on them and we still gave her 50% credit toward those also this is something that was done to try and smooth over the situation It is not for us to give credit on plants that are not dead Understanding that [redacted] is unhappy with us and not wanting to buy plants from us we also didn't require replacement of the plants This means that her credit can be used towards anything in the store I have also attached a copy of her original receipt, and a copy of her store credit showing that she has a 50% credit on her entire purchase not just on her dead plants
